How To Use
Apply once or twice a day from the very beginning of pregnancy. Prolong the treatment up to 1 month after giving birth for optimum efficacy.
On the stomach: Help absorption using light circulate massaging strokes, starting from belly button moving outwards
On thighs and hips: Place both hands flat down, thumbs spread out and touching each other on each side of your thigh, then massage from the bottom moving upwards, making smoothing strokes
On the breasts: Massage more delicately with light circular strokes
*Avoid nipples if you are breast-feeding.
